Codemaster 100

The Hewlett Packard CodeMaster 100 is a portable, battery operated defibrillator/ monitor that has built in non-invasive pacing and pulse oximetery. It also has 3 or 5 lead monitoring capability. Available options for this unit include shock advisory (AED) with AED Event Summary and 12-lead ECG. The CodeMaster 100 can be used as an advanced defibrillator/ monitor for the pre-hospital setting or as a transport defibrillator in the hospital environment. It can be used with adult paddles or multi-function electrodes which allows the user to defibrillate, pace or monitor with the same electrodes. It is shipped with the M2480B Battery Support System, which supports two batteries and recharges them simultaneously.

The Medtronic Life Pak 20 is yet another quality product in a long line of products from the world leader in defibrillation technology. This compact and lightweight unit was designed for easy carrying and versatile use in hospitals and clinics. This versatile defibrillator/monitor, with a simple push of the latch easily converts from full AED mode to Manual defibrillator mode. In the manual mode, all of the advanced cardiovascular support tools are available. The Life Pak 20 is equipped with Biphasic technology which adjusts the delivered waveform duration and energy based on the patient’s impedance level. The monitor uses color graphics which allows for easy viewing from many angles. The available options with this unit are Noninvasive pacing, hands free electrodes or hard paddles.

This portable, lightweight semi-automated defibrillator/ monitor uses biphasic technology and offers two modes of operation for defibrillation. The AED Mode and the Manual Mode. In the AED Mode the unit analyzes the patients ECG rhythm and advises the user whether or not to deliver a shock. This defibrillation is performed using the multi-function electrode pads. In the Manual Mode, the M4735A defibrillation process is controlled by the user. The energy is applied either through the hard paddles or the multi-function electrode pads. The M4735A automatically store critical events, which can be printed as part of an Event Summary. Available options include non-invasive pacing. This unit is sold with the multi-function cable. Hard paddles are optional.

The Lifepak 10 Defibrillator/ Monitor was designed to withstand the harsh environment faced by emergency medical providers. The features of the Lifepak 10 include simple operation, a user-friendly display and Code Summary that recaps events. This unit also has optional built-in non-invasive pacing, AC auxiliary power supply and a hands free defibrillation adapter. The unit is sold with hard paddles and the hands free adapter cable.

Life Pak 9

The Lifepak 9/ 9P Defibrillator/ Monitor was designed with the needs of the clinical staff in mind. This unit’s simple operation and user-friendly display makes it a favorite with the in-house staff in numerous settings within the hospital. The built in annotating recorder prints out date, time, leads and gain. The Lifepak 9P includes an external pacing option that can provide external pacing when used with the hands free/ pacing adapter provided with the Lifepak 9P. This unit also features an optional Defibrillation Adapter that is used with auxiliary pads for hands free defibrillation. This unit is sold with hard paddles. PD 2000

The Zoll PD 2000 is a compact, rugged and lightweight unit designed for both the non-critical care BLS staff and the ACLS trained code teams. The large, bright display provides clear, easily readable ECG and messages for the operator during AED and Manual operation. The controls are color coded for simple, easy operation. The PD 2000 easily changes from a BLS to ACLS device and with the optional external pads can be used to speed shock delivery and for non-invasive pacing. The built in algorithm analyzes the ECG and provides the operator a “second opinion” when a defibrillation shock is required. This unit also comes with Summary Printout that documents necessary clinical information. The Zoll PD 2000 is sold with hard paddles. The hands free/ pacing cable is available as an option.
